An Attitude of Gratitude

Feeling and expressing gratitude can make you happy in the moment and, a growing mound of evidence shows that giving thanks can also have a lasting impact on your mood and your quality of life.  During this session, Rabbi Adena Blum will lead participants on an examination of Jewish texts relating to gratitude and offer participants tools for recognizing – and cultivating – thankfulness in their own lives.

A kosher lunch will be served and registration is required by November 22.

Please email RSVP to Beth Englezos or call 609-987-8100, ext. 126.

The program is open to all and there is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person.
