Join us for two programs on how to have the conversation of your life, focusing on how to share your end-of-life wishes with your family and friends. Social worker Tracy Grafton of JFK Haven Hospice will share her insights after years of work in hospice care, and on Sunday morning Deborah Levine of NJ Health Care Quality Institute will join her for a hands-on learning experience with helpful handouts.
