Looking back on it, deciding to stay in Hebrew School was probably the best decision I've ever made. It's given me so much more than I ever thought was possible. Continuing on led me into the Hebrew high school and showed me a side of Jewish education that I'd never thought about. Through group and interactive activities, current events, and bribery in the form of cookies it taught me the difference between just listening to something and truly understanding, it taught me to question, and its taught me things about myself that I never thought I'd want to know. Confirmation has brought me an education that's helped me discover who I am as person, and has taught me about values that I'll take into my adult life. It's made me question things that I was sure I wanted, but overall it's shown me how to be happy and balance all the parts of my life with what I want as a Jew.
